Brian Goorjian Coaches Conference

The first ever Brian Goorjian Coaches Conference is coming to Montmorency Secondary College from 9.00am – 5.00pm on Sunday, April 6.

The Coaches Conference will feature NBL and Australian basketball coaching legend Brian Goorjian. Goorjian is a six-time NBL Championship winning coach and six-time NBL Coach of the Year. Goorjian is Australia's must successful coach, a six-time NBL Championship winning Coach, Goorjian lead the Australian Boomers to a historic Bronze medal at the Tokyo Olympics.

Goorjian will be joined by current Melbourne United Coach Dean Vickerman. Vickerman is a 3 x NBL Coach of the Year and 3 x NBL Championship Coach. Vickerman was recently announced as the Associate Head Coach of the Australian Boomers, assisting them on the path to the 2028 Los Angeles Olympics.

Chris Oliver is an internationally renowned coach, who conducts coaches clinics and mentoring all over the world. Oliver is the founder of Basketball Immersion who has produced over 750 videos to assist coaches of all levels to maximise their coaching.

Rounding out the line-up is Australian Opals Coach Sandy Brondello. Sandy is the current Australian Opals coach, helping guide the Opals to the Bronze Medal at the 2024 Paris Olympics. Capping off a massive year for Brondello, she led the New York Liberty to the WNBA Championship.
